Privacy policy

This is the internal administration console for the UFOSA platform (UFO Emotiv and UFO Buzz), operated by UFO Moviez India Limited (“we”, “us”), the Data Fiduciary. Only platform superadmins can sign in. This policy explains, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”), what personal data this console processes.
Data we process
- Member accounts — names, work email addresses, organisations and role grants for everyone with access to a UFOSA product, so we can administer access to the platform.
- Audit trail — administrative actions taken in this console (who granted which access, when) are permanently recorded for accountability.
- Usage overviews — aggregate product activity; no participant research data is shown here.
Who we share data with
These are our Data Processors, engaged under contract to process data only on our instructions:
- Neon (Amazon Web Services) — our database hosting.
- Resend — delivers sign-in and welcome emails.
We use only the strictly necessary session cookies that keep you signed in — no analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act members may ask us for a summary of their personal data and how we process it, to correct or complete it, or to erase it, and may withdraw consent at any time. Contact our Grievance Officer at helpdesk@ufomoviez.com; we respond within the timeframe required under the DPDP Act. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may raise the matter with the Data Protection Board of India.
